After almost 18 months of remote conferences and meetings ELi Technology was elated to attend the first NENA conference of 2021 in person at Columbus Ohio!
Peter Woodford, ELi’s CEO, accompanied by Rick Galway , Steve Ledbetter and Ram Raju attended the conference over the 4 days where they were able to hear and talk about the public-safety challenges of today and tomorrow.
More importantly, mobile location of emergency callers continues to be the primary issue, with the continued need for dispatchable address to help save more lives each year.
ELi hosted multiple meetings over the conferences 4 days, with live demonstrations of the EML platform also benefiting from the integrated use of the GeoComm floorplan functionality. The results were extremely impressive, with real-time “geodata breadcrumbs” tracing on the floorplan for every spectator to see.
The demonstrations reconfirmed the understanding that dispatchable address is the gold standard for our industry.
