It was exciting to be back in person this year, with a packed itinerary and some amazing guest speakers from our industry. Covering crucial topics within Public Safety such as Next Gen, AI, Location-based routing, Non-voice Emergency Services, Cloud-based call handling and women in 9-1-1 to name but a few.
ELi was reminded how incredibly honored we are to work within an Industry that’s so full of hard-working and dedicated people, trying to make a difference.
Handset-derived location, dispatchable address, continues to be the missing piece of emergency calling, and we will not stop until this mobile location methodology is implemented, allowing thousands of lives to be saved each and every year.
